Why can't I finish my current drive?

This is usually due to a poor internet connection, e.g. if you park in an underground car park. Please try again after a few seconds, you may have to find a place with a better connection.

If the problem persists, you can also turn off the car completely. The data of the trip is uploaded and processed in parallel.

The hardware will turn off by itself when everything is done.

However, you should only do this in an emergency if several attempts within the app did not work.
