This either means that the simulator is not yet ready (or switched off), or the student in question has not yet been unlocked by us.

Make sure that the simulator has been started and that there is an internet connection.

To activate the student or in the event that the connection problem persists, contact us via WhatsApp chat in the Yaak app or email at support@yaak.ai.
