Why can't I start a new drive?

You can't start a new drive if:

  • The Yaak car or the app are offline
  • There is still an active drive running
  • You have not yet selected a vehicle, driver and/or lesson topics

Please make sure that your phone has a good internet connection, so that the Yaak car is displayed in the vehicle list (this means it's online). It will also help tell the system that the last drive was ended correctly via the Yaak app.

Still having problems? Please write to us at support@yaak.ai, or open the "Contact" page in your user profile via the Yaak app to reach us via WhatsApp. We will check if the system is working as expected.

If we cannot solve the problem, please start a "non-Yaak car drive" to record the content, route, duration, and evaluation of the student driver.

If you have planned an expert trip, we must ask you to carry it out at a later date.
