What can I do if the hardware is faulty?

It could happen that cables come loose, a camera body loosens, or any other visible damage to the Yaak hardware can be found. Please do not try to repair the damage yourself, no matter how small the repair looks.

Please write to us at support@yaak.ai, or open the "Contact" page in your user profile via the Yaak app to reach us via WhatsApp. We will guide you through the next steps to solve the problem.

Any attempt to repair or reset the hardware itself can result in damage that is not covered by the contract.
