The best way to reach us is via WhatsApp or email (support@yaak.ai), both directly available via the "Settings" in the Yaak app. You can talk to us directly before, during, or after a trip. We also always have an open ear for your feedback and suggestions for improvements!

Outside the above times, we cannot take care of your request directly, but we will get back to you as soon as possible when we are back online.

Please note that currently only driving school owners, driving instructors, and sim-enabled students have access to our WhatsApp chat via the Yaak app.
