I'm stuck: All that is visible is a screen that tells me to put on the seatbelt, adjust the seat, put on the headset and look straight ahead.

Use the keyboard shortcut FN+P to end the simulation.
Start the simulation with the "Yaak Launcher" shortcut.
Alternatively, the simulation can be closed with "Alt + F4" at any time. After that, it will start automatically again.
