Why is my vehicle not visible in the list?

After the ignition is switched on, it takes a little time for the system to start up (usually around 90 seconds). Only then go to your vehicle list in the Yaak app and search for the license plate of your vehicle.

To do this, go to the search field of the app, if you do not see it in the list of recently used vehicles.

Please make sure that the vehicle has been started by pressing the brake and start button at the same time. The ignition alone is not enough to start our computer.

If your vehicle is currently being charged, the computer is also not available. If you restart the car after charging, you will also be able to find it in the app.

If it doesn't work so far, try restarting the app first. If the car is still not displayed, please start the car again. You should wait a minute between turning it off and on again so that the system can restart completely.

Non-Yaak cars without hardware are not displayed in the vehicle list. Please select the "Non-Yaak car drive" option if you want to do a driving lesson with a manual transmission. You can still annotate driving errors and set bookmarks. The driving time of the student is also recorded. In this case, since we do not have a Yaak system installed in the vehicle, there are no 360° videos available.
