I can't see the car in the app, and therefore can't start a drive. What can I do?

After the ignition is switched on, it takes a little time for the system to start up (usually approx. 90 seconds). Only then go to your vehicle list in the Yaak app. If that doesn't work, try restarting the app. If the car is still not displayed, please start the car again. You should wait 1-2 minutes between switching off and on again so that the system can restart completely.

Non-Yaak cars without hardware are not displayed in the vehicle list. Please select the "Noon-Yaak car drive" option if you want to do a driving lesson in manual transmission. You can still annotate driving errors and set bookmarks. The driving time of the driving student is also recorded. Since we do not have a Yaak system installed in the vehicle here, there are no 360° videos available.
