I'm stuck: All that is visible is a screen that tells me to put on the seatbelt, adjust the seat, put on the headset and look straight ahead.
My 3D hands disappear from time to time.

You can end a simulator drive at any time from your Yaak app.
A drive in the simulator is automatically paused as soon as you take off the VR headset. As soon as you put the headset back on and perform the calibration, the simulation continues exactly where it was paused. If you do not put the headset back on, the journey will end automatically after 2 minutes.
Please note that cancelled drives are not counted as successfully completed and you should repeat the ride if necessary.
The length of each drive is between 10 and 20 minutes, so you should be able to complete it without interruption. However, if you feel unwell at any time (dizziness, nausea), make sure you take a break before getting back behind the wheel.
