If you have a problem and need support, write to us at support@yaak.ai, or open the "Contact" page in your user profile via the Yaak app to reach us via WhatsApp.

Please give us as many details as possible—this will help us to help you more specifically and faster.

Important information is:

  • Which vehicle is it about? License plate or internal ID; you can also find both on a sticker inside the glove compartment
  • Where does the problem occur? in the app, during a student or expert trip, in the hardware, the vehicle itself or in the Admin Tool
  • What exactly doesn't work or where do you get stuck right now?
