Please contact the Kia emergency hotline (number can be found on the sticker in the windshield), record insurance information and/or call the police, as you would with any of your vehicles.

After that, please contact us directly so that we can discuss all the necessary details. If necessary, we can provide you with a new vehicle. Please write to us at support@yaak.ai, or open the "Contact" page in your user profile via the Yaak app to reach us via WhatsApp.

We will call you as soon as possible.
